Terms and Conditions

Dance Attire: 
Appropriate dance attire and hairstyles must be worn for class. 

Absences: 
Parents are reminded to email or call the office in advance if your child will be absent. No refunds or credits will be given for any missed classes. No classes will be scheduled on public holidays unless under special circumstances.

Cancellations due to adverse weather / force majeure
All classes will be automatically canceled for Typhoon Signal 8, Black Rain Warning or higher. Forced government closures due to any reason are circumstances beyond our control and therefore refunds or credits are not possible. However, we will try our best to arrange make-up classes.

Withdrawals: 
No refunds or credits will be given for withdrawals or cancellations made after the course start date.

Payment of Fees: 
Term fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Photo/Video Waiver: 
I acknowledge and consent to allow Glenda Allen Dance Academy Ltd to use photos and/or videos of my child/myself in publications (such as flyers/brochures), advertisements (such as newspapers or online ads), our Academy’s website, or on social media sites (such as the Academy’s Facebook or Instagram account). 

Fitness waiver
I hereby declare that I have enrolled my child in a Glenda Allen Dance Academy Ltd class, rehearsal or event with the full awareness of the physical demands of the class, rehearsal or event and that my child is physically fit and capable to do so at their own risk and responsibility. I agree to abide by the rules and conditions by Glenda Allen Dance Academy Ltd and I hereby release, waive, and discharge Glenda Allen Dance Academy Ltd and all their directors, teachers and employees, from any and all liability for losses, claims, damages, death, or injuries suffered as a result of their participation in a Glenda Allen Dance Academy Ltd class, rehearsal or event.
